1. The Hirer must have a driving licence and the driving licence must be valid.

2. Only hirer who make a booking can pickup the car. And only hirer who pickup the car can drive
the car (have a authority).

3. Rental rates are calculated on a Daily / Weekly / Monthly.

4. Extra hour shall be charged at RM20 per hour. 5 hours extra consider full day rental.

5. The hirer responsible for damage as a result of illegal, negligence, careless actions, tyre punctures,
burst tyre, fuel errors, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned off electrical devices, loss or
damage to the vehicle accessories and damage of windows, mirror and undercarriage.

6. If the accident or damage to vehicle is cause by third party vehicle, then the hirer is responsible
to get all third party detail such as vehicle registration number, driver’s name and driving license
number. If the claims cannot be made against third party insurance, therefore all damage will be
borne by hirer subject to excess clause as mention in terms and conditions.

7. The hirer is required to inform our company and make police report within 24 hours from the
time of an accident or from the time you’ve found out the theft or loss and get police report in
writing.

8. The hirer are responsible for all parking fees or Traffic/JPJ/DBKK fines/compound incurred
during the rental period.

9. No refund for any cancellation/amendment. Any amendment date and type of car are subject to
availability.

10. Rental area is within a radius of 200km from Kota Kinabalu town. Driving over 200km from
Kota Kinabalu will be charged RM0.80/km OR subject to company permission.

11. The vehicle must not be used to engage in any illegal, criminal or any illegal activity.

12. The vehicle must be returned in good condition, clean and oil level as usual. We reserve the
right to charge a fee if there is any damage to the vehicle or loss of vehicle accessories due to or
accidental negligence of the renter, the vehicle is too dirty and the oil level is unsatisfactory.

13. We reserve the right to cancel the agreement and ask for the vehicle to be returned immediately
if the renter fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions, there is informational doubt and
fraud, and for other reasonable reasons.

14. Fees for cleaning will be charges to the hirer if there is an unpleasant smell such as the smell of
Spilled milk, smell of Vomit, Urine and other smell which cannot be remove through normal
washing.

15. If the hirer wants to extend the rental period, the tenant needs to inform the company 5 hour
earlier before return. The company will inform whether the rental car can be extended. If the rental
period can be extended, the renter must first pay the total rental price to the company before the
rental car is allowed to extend the rental period. If payment is late from the set time, we reserve the
right to charge Rm50 as late penalty.
